
Lauchlin Waldoch
Lauchlin Waldoch devotes her time exclusively to elder law and related issues with the disabled. Her law practice includes wills, trusts, probate and guardianship as well as assisting individuals in qualifying for public assistance, the preparing and administering of Special Needs Trusts, and estate planning for the disabled and elderly.
Lauchlin is board certified by The Florida Bar in Elder Law and has been designated a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CLEA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She frequently speaks throughout the state on elder law issues and has testified on behalf of the National Academy of Elder Law attorneys before the Florida Legislature. She is also active in numerous national, state and community organizations related to the elderly and the disabled.
